Robert E. Dye graduated in 1969 with High Honors from Whittier College with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and in 1970 with a Master of Arts in Speech. Mr. Dye graduated in 1973 from the University of Southern California Law School with his Juris Doctor, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, served as Executive Editor of Publications and staff member of the Southern California Law Review, and was winner of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. Mr. Dye was admitted to the California Bar in 1973 and is a member of the Orange Country Bar Association and the State Bar of California.

Mr. Dye practices in a full range of business and real estate matters. Mr. Dye’s business practice consists primarily of business formation and planning, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract preparation, and securities law compliance matters. Mr. Dye’s real estate practice consists primarily of representing commercial and industrial property owners and developers in all types of real estate transactions, including property acquisition and sale, financing, and commercial and industrial leasing. Mr. Dye also has an active practice representing high net worth individuals in connection with a wide variety of business issues, including operational business matters, personal investment transactions, and business succession planning. Mr. Dye serves as outside general counsel to a federally registered investment advisor organization that serves as a multi-family office for high net worth individuals.
